Yum
So this odd schedule I'm on impacts my life in many ways. When normal people get home from work and want to hang out, I'm on my way to bed. When normal people are going to work, I'm coming home from work. When normal people are off to bed, I'm eating breakfast in front of "late night" tv. Everyone is constantly afraid that they'll wake me from a nap, no matter what time in the day they call. The biggest impact is on my eating habits.
If I translate my crazy schedule into "normal" day hours, here's what my day looks like:
8am (1 in reality): wake up, eat breakfast
9 am - 1pm: work, eat banana, granola bar, and nectarine/apple/pear
1 - 3pm: work out, drink lots of water
3 - 7pm: shower, ice my knees, dink around, try not to eat anything
7pm: "lunch" in the real world, so eat lunch
12am (5pm in reality): eat dinner
1am: go to bed
This is very odd, right? I go hours and hours without eating anything substantial, because I'm stuck inbetween my early hours and the normal world's schedule. I usually end up eating a bagel or something after I get back from working out, because by then I'm so hungry I just can't wait until "lunch." But what to do about this? Some days, I would really like to eat dinner at dinner time (5pm or so), but in my head that's bedtime, not eating time. Do I eat just a little meal for one meal? But then I end up so hungry inbetween meals, and I've been trying to snack very little. I'm struggling here. I know that a bunch of little meals is supposed to be actually better than 3 big ones, but I'm not really working that out well either. Maybe when Mom gets home she can help me sort this out. Any other good ideas?

I suggest a steady diet of cakes - one every hour or so. Spice it up with a pie every third or fourth day.
I've been working on this diet for a year or two now, and enjoy it thoroughly. Happy eating!

I like Alex's suggesting. Just make sure that you get pudding in a big bowl in that diet. How did the audition and family reunion go? Hope you had a blast! Love you!

seriously, though...You are the most enviable of women. You live alone and can eat only things you like. I suggest 6 small meals, about 200 calories each, of whatever you love best: fruity yougurt and strawberries, a little ice cream after a cool salad, peaches with whipped cream, a small steak with a tiny microwaved potato or a tomato. You pick the food, you eat these combos of protein and fruit or veggies whenever the mood hits. Most people in the world don't have "breakfast" food--they just eat regular food whenever they start their day. Eat like a Hungarian--noodles and cabbage rolls at midnight or dawn!! I'll come home soon and make you something yummy, dear one--love ya--Mom
